Quality Inn & Suites Hagerstown

During my recent stay at Quality Inn & Suites, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job ensuring that everything was spotless and well-maintained. I was particularly pleased with the attention to detail, as even the smallest areas were impeccably clean. It made me feel comfortable and confident in the hotel's commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Furthermore, the staff's responsiveness and efficiency were exceptional. I requested a few extra pillows for added comfort, and I was amazed at how quickly they responded to my request. Within minutes, someone from the staff arrived at my room with the additional pillows. Their promptness and willingness to cater to my needs truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience at Quality Inn & Suites was characterized by the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff's exceptional service. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment and the staff's quick response to requests demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly commend the hotel for their dedication to providing a clean and comfortable stay, and their efficiency in attending to guest needs.

The desk clerk Nick is one of the sweetest ppl we have ever encountered. After two hours of trying to get a refund from Frederick after the room was crawling with COCKROACHES, we were told a deposit was needed but when he realized what we’d endured he kindly told us how sorry he was for the issues and helped us out. Let’s just hope breakfast is also as pleasant as the desk clerk

The hotel is very clean the staff is very helpful. Wifi was extremely fast. Breakfast was perfect to start my day. Lots of TV channels. Rooms were clean and tidy.

As a truck driver who prides himself on hospitality, cleanliness, and accountable parking for tractor trailers; this hotel was that and then some. Path, the attendant on duty was friendly and informative. In fact, he was vacuuming as I was walking into the lobby area. Pulled my information, inquired if I had a preference on a single King bed or two Full sized beds, got me squared away, and offered me a bottled water and bag of chips. Though the building is a bit older and could pass for a motel, I was able to drive my tractor trailer adding the entire building and find parking. I manage to check my room out to the King bed I preferred, a clean bed, refrigerator, flat screen tv and properly working A/C that went below 68’ degrees. They offered a gym and breakfast which I both passed on this time around, but if I’m in the area again I’ll gladly share another experience.

We stayed here as a halfway hotel for a work trip. They do a good job of keeping up with things here. Folks definitely smoked, maybe not in the hotel, but the smell definitely clings to them and comes inside the hallway. My room didn’t smell bad though, and the AC was powerful! On the way back we also stayed and the lovely clerk recognized us. She was great both times. The room was nice and cool even with the heatwave. I really appreciate hotels that have their ac on when it’s hot instead of trying to cut costs and keeping it sweltering in the rooms. It takes hours to get a room cooled down so it was great being able to come in to a cool room after being out in the heat. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The shower had great pressure and I had a nice, quiet, evening. If I’m in the area again I’d definitely stay here again. Editing to add we stayed again for other work projects and it was a good experience as well. It looks like they’re working on updating some things which is always a positive.

No way a 2 stat hotel. We had 2 suits so we had a sitting area, rooms on 2nd floor were updated and clean. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was fine, location had places to eat and stores. I just came from Arlington and for under 200 well worth it. Stayed Oct.10-12, 2024

As a trucker i look for certain things when I book a hotel while traveling for work. (Personal stays are different) Reviews are one. The customer service is received while there and hotel itself. This location has truck parking, closed to Latino market and store. The hotel is outdated BUT for its age its pretty clean and kept up good. Yes there are a few homeless people in the area. They dont bother you and when they come on property they are ran off respectfully ( I witnessed the clerk Shy's interaction with one. She didn't see me but i saw them) Shy helped me and was professional while doing it. Room was clean, quiet and I had no complaints.

Excellent Customer Service I stayed one night at this motel and had a great experience. Nagesh at the front desk was very polite and professional, providing excellent customer service. He made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend!
